Once we have booked a date & time for your photo session, we should chat about location. I am an on-location photographer, which means I go to you: your house for pictures with your pets, a beach with a beautiful view, a park with tall tress that reflect your family and their love for hiking, downtown by Lumen Field as your family are baseball nuts, a lake where the kids love to swim, grassy fields with views of the mountains...the options are endless! My backdrops are the natural beauty of Washington State. Different locations look better and have better light at different times of day, so I may have suggestions for you regarding location and times. I am a natural light photographer, so most of my sessions will take place in the morning or late afternoon. If you see a picture in my galleries that you especially like, just ask me and I can tell you the location and time of day it was taken.

Sessions usually last 1-2 hours, depending on the number of people, how many locations, how many breaks we need to take and if there are any clothing changes. I do not rush sessions and will keep taking pictures right until the very end. Sometimes the last picture is the best one.

I am located in Sammamish, but am moving to Central Oregon (near Bend) in May 2023. I will be back in the Sammamish area for 2 weeks in the summer/fall 2023. I would love to do sessions in the beautiful desert area of Bend/Redmond/Terrebonne Oregon, and will have a property that will be great for family sessions.

I have done sessions all around Sammamish & Issaquah, Seattle, Redmond, Fall City, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Bellevue, Snoqualmie, Alki Beach.... Your favorite location may become mine too.

After your session, I will individually proof all the best images, fully edit a few, and put them into an online gallery for you. The gallery will be ready in 7-21 days. I will notify you of your gallery being ready by email or telephone.Your personal gallery is password-protected so you can share it with your friends and family but know that your images are secure.

We can have an in-person, Zoom, or telephone consultation/ ordering session after you have viewed your images. I will contact you within a few days after you receive your gallery information to see if you would like to set up an order meeting. I will help you with your ordering, show you samples of sizes and display options. It will be a fun process and usually only takes about an hour, I promise!
